Join us for a special evening dedicated to raising funds and awareness to end heart disease and stroke for all women.  The evening will include live & silent auctions and a heart healthy dinner.  Attend one of our breakout sessions – chair yoga and focused breathing with Jess Bouharevich from Adi Yoga Studio, or fat and fiber in your diet by Registered Dietician Marla Given.  Our keynote speaker will be Dr. Aron Steward who will discuss stress, mental wellbeing and your heart.  Proceeds will benefit The Foundation of CVPH for the UVM Health Network-CVPH Heart Center and will directly impact the care of cardiology patients in our local region.
