Stepping Out For Your Heart is a special evening dedicated to raising funds and awareness to end heart disease and stroke for all women.  The evening will include a heart healthy dinner, live & silent auctions, and several interactive wellness stations. CVPH Cardiologists, Drs. Wolkowicz and Gauthier will present "The Heart And Its Care Close to Home".  Attendees will also hear from survivor, MaryAnn Sorrell, as well as from Michelle LaBounty about her mother's cardiac story.

Proceeds will benefit The Foundation of CVPH to support the CVPH Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab Project, a $1.3M initiative to build a larger rehab facility to care for more patients and expand programming.
